Lacrosse is engraved into who I am as I have been playing since 5 years old. During this time, some of my proudest moments include Playing for the team Canada U21 group, being selected to the All-World U21 team, being named captain for both my Junior and Division 1 teams, making all-conference and all-rookie teams in college, and playing on the Men’s Canadian National team. Most recently playing for SJU this year, I was named the Atlantic 10 defensive player of the year, made 1st team All-A10, the A10 All-Academic team, and was recognized as a USILA honorable mention all-American. Along with my success on the field, I have also coached in both the States and in Canada where my players have had great success and have progressed tremendously. I take pride in knowing all parts of the game as any great defender must, and although I typically work with defenders I also enjoy working with offensive players as well as it allows a new perspective on what goes into breaking down a defense.
